Here’s a new one that’s simple to use.
The site just added borders where you pick the color.
pictureful.com : Free online photo editor,
decorate with overlays, remove red eye, simple zoom for crop, and resize.

I’ve been researching photography tools looking for the coolest new ones to share.
I came across one that is a Photo Relighting tool that allows you to create a composite
image from 3 or more digital pictures with different lighting. The tool then allows you
to move the light around the image in an interactive way. It’s really cool! Check it out here:
