TheCASHFLOW users can customize an education plan, apply to get their business idea funded, gain knowledge of unique ways to profit from today’s news and trends, and learn from a resource-rich blueprint that takes them step-by-step through the process of writing a business plan, building their team and realizing their financial dreams.
To participate, Firstly, individuals must complete and submit ‘The CASHFLOW online application (background information, elevator pitch explaining your business idea, why you want to do it, how you plan to do it and the expected length of your path to profitability). Secondly, A short video about yourself — a personal statement describing your qualifications and strengths. What would it mean for you to receive $10,000 from CASHFLOW to help get your business off the ground?. All submissions will carry over until the end of the eight-week period, so individuals will remain eligible for funding even if they are not selected in any given week.
TheCASHFLOW will close ‘entrepreneurial gap’ and promote both financial literacy and racial diversity in the next generation of self-starting entrepreneurs.

Recognizr captures the face, turns it into a 3D model, and checks it against a database online. Information can then be associated with that person such as their name, Facebook account, cellphone number, YouTube account etc. The app works by matching the most distinctive features of the face: the eyes, nose and chin. This gives great results, but it still only works if the person you’re looking at is also signed up for Recognizr

The software even takes note of the position of the person’s head within your field of view, popping up icon links to the subject’s social sites around his or her head without obscuring the strikingly lovely features that caught your attention in the first place.

How it works: with the app on, hold your phone up to a person’s face. The demo suggests it works better with full-frontal versus side shots. After a few moments of processing, Recognizr will produce any social network profiles that person has made public: their Facebook, flickr, Twitter — essentially anything where a profile of their real faces has appeared.
Recognizr is still in development and will be coming to iPhone as well as Android handsets. It is being developed by Swedish company The Astonishing Tribe.
