Calgoo is a software company based in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. Basically, Calgoo is a suite of calendar tools that allows you to have a single desktop calendar solution that synchronizes all your calendars across different platforms, including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, 30 boxes, Plaxo. The Calgoo team has decided to make the full version of Calgoo 2.0 free. Previously, the basic version of Calgoo was free, but a few premium services were reserved for paying customers. Now all of their software, including Calgoo Calendar, Calgoo Connect, and Calgoo Hub are free. The company intends to deliver ads to Calgoo Hub, their calendar sharing service, and ads will possibly appear in Calgoo Calendar and Calgoo Connect when they are used with Calgoo Hub.

Calgoo Connect syncs Outlook on Windows or iCal on OS X with popular online calendars, namely Google Calendar and 30 Boxes. Granted, syncing Gcal with Outlook is pretty well covered with previously mentioned Google Calendar Sync. It enables you to manage multiple calendars and schedules, contacts and tasks online and offline. Furthermore, you can also share your agenda and schedule with your Facebook friends. Calgoo Calendar provides a drag&drop interface with daily, weekly and monthly views, as well as a task list. You can maintain up to 3 calendars in the free version calendars and combine them in the same view area with color coded event fields.
