CeeVee is an online tool that simplified the building and maintaining a CV/Resume online. It was founded in June 2008 in Bucharest, Romania. Getting the resume right is the first of many steps that any person who wishes to land his or her dream job has to deal with. While, Resume-making tools are a dime a dozen, but free webapp CeeVee has notable advantages. Ceevee is an online resume builder that allows you to fill in specific fields, and it spits out a very nicely designed resume for publication on the web or print.

Your account, when you first log in, is essentially a fill-in-the-blanks resume. It has space for a small photo and your contact information, but the biggest sections are reserved for your summary, skills, experience and studies. If those sections don’t really match how your career has progressed, you can delete sections in the sidebar, as well as add sections like awards or languages. You can add, remove, reorder sections and apply different themes. Modern (the default) uses a sans-serif font, Classic uses a serif font, and Plain Text uses a monospaced font, though it still has formatting.

If you’ve filled out your work history on Facebook and connect with CeeVee through a Connect log-in, your resume is auto-filled with the most pertinent contact and experience portions. The employer looking at your resume can easily print or save it to PDF, and you control what’s seen publicly. Using CeeVee is completely inexpensive. Just sign up by supplying your e-mail address, a password, and by setting down your personalized URL for hosting your resume.
