HelloDeo is a browser-based app that serves as video recorder, player and blogger poster. Hellodeo allows you to record a video (in Flash format) directly from the webcam and post it on whatever webpage. Not only is the featured solution hassle-free, but it is implemented in a quick and practical fashion – you can have your introductory video complete and ready for all to see in less than 1 minute.

All you have to do is go to Hellodeo.com and record your video with their Flash widget. Then you can send people the URL or embed the video in a web page.
