Device Doctor is a Completely Free Driver Update Scanner
Device Doctor will keep you updated with the latest driver updates and upgrades available for your devices.
There is usually no way of knowing that a new driver has been released unless the user visits the developer’s website
to check for new drivers, signs up for some notification service (if offered) or visits third party hardware sites that list driver updates on their websites.Device Doctor promises to do better.
Device Doctor, a free driver updater scans your system for installed hardware and checks to see if there are new driver updates available for your system. Using it’s simple user interface, anyone can easily start a driver scan, check for driver updates and download driver updates. The download button for each driver will take you to their web site, where you can download the drivers for free, without signing up for anything at all. There is no adware or malware!
It features more than 3 terabytes (3,000 GB) of drivers currently in the database. Amazingly, downloads are quick and work every time. Fast hardware scan takes mere seconds. Constant updating ensures new drivers are included when released. Drivers are human reviewed and added daily.Device Doctor comes in two flavors—the regular installable version, and a portable executable that you can throw on a flash drive and use anywhere.

Device Doctor is a great product and I downloaded the same after going through their features and FAQ. It is very fast and free, not just scanning your PC but also for downloading driver upgrades. Compare this to the pricey versions of Version Tracker and pcpitshop who do only scanning your PC for scanner updates but one needs to buy their product for updating. There is no need to buy at all. Or compare to other free versions that are as slow as turtles and do not have drivers in their own database but would direct you to the driver site: FileHippo or KC Softwares. Thanks Zepy.
