LastGraph is a project inspired by Lee Byron’s Last.fm Wavegraphs. After over two weeks of beta testing and bugfixing, it’s finally in a useable state. LastGraph will graph the listening habits of Last.fm users and provide it in either PDF or SVGZ format. You just enter a username into the search bar and LastGraph will pull the user’s data from the Last.fm site and display it in various ways. A history of artists listened to are included of some of the options, as well as rendered posters. The poster visualises user listening habits of the last 12 months in quite spectacular fashion. It is like graphs, and are large,complex representations of a user’s music history. LastGraph supports exporting of user data in a variety of formats. Unfortunately, at time of writing is the service is very slow, due to the fact that they have not yet received permission from Last.fm to do the polling they are doing.
