Export and Import your Firefox extensions with OPIE
The OPIE – Ordered Preference Import/Export – extension provides the user with means to import and export preferences from selected Firefox extensions. Some or all of the extensions can be selected during export and they can be saved in a single file or separate files for each extension. OPIE is a Firefox add-on that lets you backup your other Firefox add-ons. While that might sound a lot like FEBE, another popular Firefox extension, there’s at least one major difference: OPIE works with Firefox 3. Actually, make that two major differences, because OPIE also gives you the option of saving multiple extensions in one file, while FEBE users will need to install CLEO, a separate application to do that. Choose from your list of installed plugin to use OPIE, choosing just the ones you want to backup, and her you want to save them. The result is a file that you can import on another machine to quickly add your favorite plugins.
