Firefox 3 Plugin Management and Download Manager Leaked!
Easy Plugin Management

With Firefox 3 Gran Paradiso, you can enable and disable the installed plugins (not extensions), those small applications that allow Firefox to show special content embedded in many web pages including Flash animations, video and audio in a variety of formats ( Real, DivX, Windows Media, QuickTime), Adobe PDF documents, Java applets.
The ability to disable plugins also provides an easy way to work around security vulnerabilities that affect plugins. A periodic check for new, more stable and safer versions and automated updates would be a big step forward security-wise.
New Download Manager

Download manager organized active and inactive. Also, pause and cancel text links have been replaced for pause and stop icons for quicker recognition, to save space and make it more coherent with overall Firefox interface style
Search function added to download manager, past and present downloaded files are filtered to show only matching files.

Completed downloads get an information icon (i) that pops up details including the download finish time, the address of the downloaded file and its location in your hard drive
