MBIT.TV presents a breakthrough of the use of mobilephone which makes them now capable of performing similar tasks to the PC. MBIT.TV is a sharing mobile application that makes the mobile phone ready for heavy duty Peer 2 Peer file sharing. It allows people to share, search and download pictures, MP3 music, videos, games with your friends using your mobile phone.
Moreover, the MBIT.TV’s Web portal allows you to upload videos in various formats and download the online videos in mobile formats. Then, you can now create your own channel and operate it like a TV show. Be it your moments of life for video blogging, self-made music video or even advertising your stuff for sale. Upload files >300kb (MMS size) via Web. File sharing session helps resume download if the download is done half-way. You can use any wireless network such as GPRS, 3G, 3.5G, or WI-FI. Version 1.0.8 makes the download process more robust. Unfortunately, Mbit is currently only available on Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones.
