Each listing includes the number of followers, the duration, and the price. Advertisers can then purchase the spots, with Twitter ad collecting a 5% commission on the transaction. So far there aren’t enough transactions completed to estimate the average value of a Twitter follower over a given time period, but this example of a recently sold ad spot for an account with 250 followers went for $5 for one month.

After signing up for the service advertisers can buy an ad slot in your twitter profile. Then the Twittad gives you a new template for your Twitter page which displays the advertisement. 5. Blogertize.in – Monetize Your Blog Or Forum

    Wow, a lot of cool ideas here, most of which I had never heard of before! I’m familiar with google adcents and Photrade but that was about it. I think I need to check out a few of those other ones too! Thanks!

    I have tried some of these websites, in particular, the BustABlog one I started using, and was really easy to get my google adsense code on there and start making money almost immediately. Beats out blog places like Wordpress where you cannot add your own adcode. Nice article!
