At the moment, i still use Netvibes for my rss reader. Why i choose it?

Netvibes is not only rss reader but also can gather all web things in just one page, such as weather forecast, webnote, to do list, calendar, email, web messenger (meebo), search engine, bookmark and other widget that you can find in Netvibes ecosystem.

Of course, the most features i used in netvibes is still rss reader, but sometimes i use webnote to make task list. The email widget is also interesting, if you have many email accounts, you just make one page and see all of your latest email in just one page.

Lately, Netvibes very difficult to access it. I don’t know why, is it from my ISP or the Netvibes server? Is other Netvibes user have same problem like me? I don’t really care about this, because i still can access netvibes once a day.

Why i want to move to Google reader?

As you well know, the Google reader (rss reader from google) is a popular rss reader now. In my opinion, google reader popular because its simpliity and the addon that you can improve the feature of google reader. The combination of firefox browser and Greasemonkey addon can make google reader one of the best rss reader, because all people can make their own script, so it’s look like open source.

Greasemonkey script can be used for adding new functionality to web pages, combining data from many pages and for other purpose. This script make all addon functionality appear to be natural parts of the webpage.

One of the great greasemonkey script which allow you to see the actual web pages not only the feed. This means you don’t ever the partial feed again and you can give your comment in google reader page. You just download your the Greasemonkey extension and install Google Reader preview greasemonkey script.

What should i choose now?
