Dont spend your money for tv cable , you can use internet to watch digital tv . download ProgDVB and you can watch digital TV and listen to radio channels. ProgDVB supports DVB-S (satellite), DVB-S2, DVB-C (cable), DVB-T (terrestrial, antenna), IPTV and may also play recorded files. In addition to TV reception, teletext and subtitles can be viewed with this software. ProgDVB is a software solution and can be downloaded for free, although it lacks the slick interface of Cyberlink’s Power Cinema. It can record shows, display TV full screen and will decode HD streams if you have a suitable codec installed. Setup is a little bewildering for newcomers.

Note that this the free ‘Standard Edition’ of ProgDVB and includes a MPEG-2 codec that will work for 21 days. After 21 days you’ll need to either buy the MPEG-2 codec, find an alternative or upgrade to the Professional version of ProgDVB.
