Share Files and Remote Control Desktops with Gbridge

Moving between multiple computers can be making having upto date copies of files with you rather hard and there are times you just need to be able to access a program on your own computer. Gbridge allows you to create a Virtual Private Network (VPN between two computers with very little in the way of end user configuration. Gbridge gets around this however, it uses your Google account to create a zero configuration VPN between your machines. Simple install Gbrdige on each machine and log in with your google credentials. Gbridge deals with configuring the link between machines for you. Once the VPN is created you can set up shared folders similar to how you would in Windows, these shared folders can then be accessed from the other computers in your VPN.

Securely share files among your own computers, so you can remotely access your files, e.g. play mp3 , with ultimate privacy. Securely share files to your designated friend, so the selected friend can instantly view the auto-generated photo thumbnails and slideshow remotely. No web upload/download needed! Transfer big files and sync folders from/to anywhere has never been easier. Auto schedule, auto resume, incremental and no size limit!

What’s more, you get 5 GB free to store and sync documents to a “Live Desktop,” so if you can’t wait for a big package to transfer directly, you can log in, start moving it into the 5 GB cloud, and come back later to grab it. The remote connection happens through Internet Explorer (a convenience or drawback, depending on your mindset), but the rest of Live Mesh’s tools work fine with Firefox.
