Sketchplanet is a minimalist site to sketch something. After you register, you can find a small blank space on the top of the page and you can start drawing. The tool to draw is like pencil tool with black color. You must use that tool to sketch. Fortunately, you can see, vote and comment other people sketch. You can also join group or create a new sketch group.

Just one tool you can use tough, but you can find many good sketch from other people.
