A less costly alternative to this is Techinline Remote Desktop (www.techinline.com) It pretty much has the same functionality and is very easy for the client to understand what is needed of him. I’ve recently purchased a bundle of credits (something like a pay as you go plan) and will sign up for the unlimited plan if it continues to perform the way it has.
