  • Stumble (thumb up+review+tag) as many page as you can.
  • Participate and build up your network, review other SU profile pages.
  • Invite friends join your communities
  • Link to your StumbleUpon profile pages from other web site. Ex. MySpace, Blogger, Facebook, etc.

This is old profile trick from AlexKnibb, but this trick still can be used until now.

  • Set your stumbleupon profile as single female.
  • Your age should be higher than 15, but lower than 30.
  • Find a picture either of yourself (if you’re female) or of someone else (if you’re not, and remember you are now) which meets the following criteria:
–a. It’s slightly ambiguous (i.e. not just a standard head shot, unless you do happen to be devastatingly attractive)
–b. It’s slightly flirtatious (looking up into the camera helps)
–c. It’s a picture of someone attractive to men. Remember, gentlemen prefer blondes (apparently).
  • You can go foreign if you like, but avoid the temptation to go eastern-European if possible.

I’m not so sure about your tip about going for a pretty female etc profile to attract
fans. I think this would work short term if you are some kind of spammer.
But long term you will not integrate very well into the Stumbleupon community by
    pretending to be a bimbo.

If you actually look at the top stumblers or people with huge amounts of fans, most
of them aren’t cute little girlies at all. They have diverse interesting blogs and they
are varied people of all ages from many different walks of life. So I don’t think this
is a useful tip at all.
