uStream.tv have just released ‘uStream.tv Android Broadcaster’ on the Android Market.
Ustream.tv is not only a live interactive video broadcast platform but also allows streaming and watching of user recorded videos, it also features live daily broadcasting of events
One application allows you to poll your views live during the broadcast, and also supports both Ustream’s integrated chat and Twitter chat. Ustream also supports local recording, which lets you take higher quality video for upload later.
Ustream for Android lets you ‘overtake’ a currently broadcasting stream, provided you’re the owner of the account. Additional features include support for GPS location. Some apps for the iPhone are also offered by ustream.tv but these don’t let you broadcast straight to the web because Apple has restricted this functionality.
