UVLayer is a new Adobe AIR application that lets you search for clips across the web, and share them with friends with drag’n’drop capabilities. By downloading Adobe Air and the UVlayer application. you can start to watching the clips. Do a search for any video and uvLayer will instantly provide you with a handful of videos matching your keywords in a collection. Then, you can drag videos outside the collection and onto your canvas to play with them in a variety of ways. Organizing or  grouping of your videos collections is in a really unique style. Just drag and drop videos right on top of one another and they’ll instantly be grouped together. Sharing videos with Facebook is easy enough, as there’s an option to login to your Facebook account directly from UVLayer. Moreover, sharing with other UVLayer friends is as simple as dragging a clip over your friend’s avatar, which displays (like a buddy list) on the righthand side of the UVLayer application. UVLayer has a great UI and ran smoothly even with the plethora of videos spread out all over the place. Other features include an inbox and activities box to keep track of videos sent and received and the ability to watch a video on your desktop instead of in the app. uvLayer is a great video search tool.
