Video on an iPhone with 12seconds.tv
12seconds.tv is a Twitter-like video status service. It gives you 12 seconds to share video moments from your life. It can be called as the “real video Twitter“ when you compare with Twitter which you have 140 characters to make your point on it. You can use either your webcam on your computer or your cellphone to send videos to your 12seconds.tv account. Recently, it announced that the service came out of private beta and into public beta, so anyone can now sign up. They are also debuting a brand new iPhone application, which mixes things up a bit to allow users to create new 12seconds posts without violating Apple’s policies against recording video.
You can also embed videos in your blog, tag your videos, and connect with your Twitter account to send a “tweet” to your Twitter friends once a video is posted by you. The only downside to the service is that there’s no east way to reply to a video, but this will be implemented in the future.
