We have been using Pacific Timesheet (http://www.pacifictimesheet.com) for more than a year now. We chose it because it handles both project time tracking as well as attendance time sheets for payroll, for our non-project employees (plus it is easy to use!). It is web based and works with iPhones as well as browsers, and we find it has really reduced our cost burden for tracking time. You might find it a better fit for employees like architects that are away from the desk a lot of the time.
